Give and take: This is exactly what time does to us. It embellishes the mind and enriches the soul. Even the look in our eyes becomes much deeper and more luminous as time passes.
Time is usually generous in terms of meaning, but it’s harsh on women when it comes to beauty. It would be amazing if our bodies found a way to resist aging while our minds became loftier in spiritual terms. Who wouldn’t want a graceful looking figure with shapely legs, even after so many years?
Unfortunately, we have to accept that after our mid-thirties, it’s almost impossible to look as good as when we were twenty. However, it’s still possible to look gorgeous, elegant, and attractive—like a magnificent temple—with just a little grooming and self-care.
Our skin is our most essential piece of clothing, and well-groomed skin is necessary for a young-looking body. Cellulite, a nuisance that none of us like, is a condition where the skin appears to have amorphous areas with underlying fat deposits that result from an irregular mix of water and fat. Although it’s unlikely we can eliminate it completely, it can be reduced and kept under control. We can also make it look less obvious if we look after our skin well.
As a cellulite victim myself, I tried many different ways to get rid of it, such as anti-cellulite creams, body firming lotions, and so on, but in the end, I found the cure in herbalism.
Here’s the recipe for the perfect hips and legs:

  • 1 tbsp of seaweed oil
  • 1 tbsp of horse chestnut oil (or horse chestnut tincture)
  • 1 tbsp of lily oil

1 tsbp of lavender oil

  • 1 tsbp of rosemary oil
  • 1 tsbp of lemon oil
  • 1 tsbp of fennel oil
  • 1 tsbp of pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tbsp of rose, pomegranate seed, and grape oil (a mixture of them all)
  • 5 tbsp of unrefined, fine sea salt (This is a cheap salt you can buy from herbalists.)
  • 2 tbsp of dry coffee (a good Turkish coffee will do)

Some of the oils in this recipe trigger an increase in collagen–elastin and revitalize the skin. Some of them refresh the skin, renewing the dry and poor looking epidermis, while others help to reduce the water collected under the skin or decrease the irregularly concentrated fat. Some of them stop split capillaries, and some reduce heat rash and spots on the skin thanks to their antiseptic nature.
Take a bath first. Afterwards, massage your still-wet skin (but not your face) with this mixture using a circular motion. Please do take your time. You will see how much easier it is to massage your body when the skin is wet. After the massage, rinse off the residue with lukewarm water. The coffee will make your bathtub filthy, but believe it or not, the result is well worth the effort.
I strongly advise you to use this mixture every time you bath. It will also be helpful if you go for a walk or do some other form of exercise afterward.
After a short while, you will begin to notice the difference in your skin. It will be as soft as silk, and your breasts and inner thighs will become firmer. The cellulite in your skin will decrease visibly, and the pleasant curves on your hips will become clearer.
Look after yourself! This means not only your defects but also your beauty. If you don’t love your body, accepting it as it is and making peace with it, you can never feel fully satisfied. So, focus on contentment rather than perfection. If you want your body to treat you well, you must treat it well first. Avoid torturing it with dangerous diets or excessive amounts of junk food. Try to enjoy a healthy diet, eating little but often. Listen to your body and trust it, because it always knows what is best for itself. For example, if you crave some chocolate, don’t deny yourself, but don’t eat the whole bar either. Do not try to eat the whole world because you think you’ll be on a diet tomorrow. Don’t fight with food or attack it greedily. Have a respectful relationship with what you eat, and let it give you love and healing. Eat your food with the consciousness of fullness rather than famine. Make the most of each bite and be happy when swallowing your food rather than feeling guilty. Make every bite a gift to your senses and bodily cells.
Drink water… Be active… Sing… Enjoy the sun, the rain, and the wind… Treat yourself to nice things at every turn… Do things for yourself that will nourish your soul, reinforce your self-love and life energy, and add value to your life, day, and moment.
Love yourself. If you do this, your body and self-energy will always be strong, and you will shine like a bright star. Treat your body as a temple where praise toward life will be heard. Trust me, others who pass by you will feel the great energy inside and hear the pleasant call from your temple.
Let’s embrace life and beauty…
