Rule number one: Change doesn’t work. Rule number two: Transformation does. So where do you begin?

Rule number one: Change doesn’t work. Rule number two: Transformation does. So where do you begin? You begin by …oh God, this can be tough…taking responsibility for everything, everyone, the whole of your life; you created it! Not from a place of judging, making wrong or putting yourself down but rather from being the observer and looking at your life and say to yourself, “Isn’t this interesting, look at what I created.” This is bringing awareness and acceptance into your life and is the first step in creating a different life for yourself. It is the first step in raising your level of consciousness. It is the first step in transforming your life!
Be with it, the worst that life has given you to the best that life has given you just sit back like you are in your favorite chair in the living room watching TV, but the program you are watching is your life. Like an innocent child, watch what you have created and say things like, “Isn’t that interesting”, “WOW, look how powerful I am, look at what I created!” “Well, yes, I created that too.”
You don’t have to like what you see, or you can love what you see…that isn’t the point. The point is consciously looking at what you have created…Be with it! Take some time to look and feel what it is you have created.
This is taking responsibility for one’s life. This is the first step in being able to create a different life. This is where you begin. This is the first step in getting off your old carousel and transforming your life. If an issue comes up that you are really challenged by, get out the paper and pen (NOT the computer) and journal around it. Write until there is NO charge around the issue, write until you understand why you got charged about the issue.
